I’m a life coach with a background shaped by both professional experience and real-life transitions. I was born in Birmingham, Alabama and earned my undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I began my career in banking and financial services before finding my long-term professional home in the retirement plan industry, where I worked as a consultant and later as a manager. Those years taught me the value of listening closely, staying organized, and helping people navigate important decisions with care and clarity.

In 2000, I married my high school sweetheart, and in 2007 we welcomed our son. Like many families, I expected life and career to follow a predictable path—until our son was diagnosed with autism in 2013. At that point, everything shifted. I stepped away from my career to focus fully on being his advocate and support, navigating countless therapies and learning curves that required flexibility, patience, and resilience.

As our family’s needs evolved, I gradually returned to work part-time in a remote capacity – before it became the norm. Eventually, our family made another meaningful transition into homeschooling—yet another reminder that life often asks us to pivot, reassess, and move forward in new ways we never expected. During this time, I also helped my husband start and grow his real estate career, working behind the scenes on back-office systems and detailed administrative support.

Today, those experiences shape how I show up as a life coach. I understand how overwhelming change can feel and how valuable it is to have someone walking alongside you during uncertain seasons. Outside of life coaching, I’m also a coach for my son’s special needs baseball team, I love reading and traveling, and I believe there are few things better than a truly great hamburger. Above all, I’m a dedicated wife, mother, and life coach who believes that growth doesn’t require having all the answers—just the willingness to take the next step, one moment at a time.
